Level 5-8 is a level in Tusk 'til Dawn.
Parts[]
The player is given a 4x3 grid, along with the following parts:
- 1x Ross
- 4x Metal Frame
- 2x Metal Wheel
- 2x Powered Wheel
- 2x Blue Firework
- 1x V8 Engine
- 1x Pumpkin
Solution[]
The player is awarded stars for the following conditions:
- Ross reaches the goal with the Pumpkin.
- The level's Star Box is collected.
- The level is completed within 20 seconds.
To get the time condition, the player should stack three Metal Frames on top of each other, place Ross in the top frame, place the Pumpkin in the middle frame, place two up-facing Blue Fireworks on the left of Ross and right of the empty frame, and move the rocket to the right of the grid. Upon being fired, the rocket will send Ross and the Pumpkin above the level and into the goal in well under 20 seconds.
For the Star Box, the player should create a 4x2 cart as a base with Powered Wheels on the bottom, place both Metal Wheels on top, Ross and the Pumpkin in the middle frames, the V8 Engine in the right frame, and right-facing Blue Fireworks above and below one of the frames. Drive through the level, going slowly before the first downward hill to take the bottom path, the steep hill at the entrance to the cave area, and the entrance to the tunnel. From there, the cart will make its way up to the top of the tunnel, then roll down to the Star Box; once it has been collected, fire the Blue Fireworks to send the cart up to the goal, with the Powered Wheels still on to let the cart pull itself through the final tunnel.
