Level 4-30 is the 30th main level and 37th overall in Flight in the Night, the 172nd level overall, and the 127th level released in Bad Piggies.
Parts[]
The player has a 2×5 building grid and the following parts:
- Ross
- Egg
- 2 Wooden Frames
- 4 Metal Frames
- 2 Wooden Wheels
- 2 Springs
- 2 TNT
Walkthrough[]
The player earns 1 star for the following conditions:
- Ross reaches the goal with the Egg.
- The level's Star Box is collected.
- The level is completed without Wooden Wheels.
Because an update to the game made TNT more powerful, it's really easy to get to the Star Box. Place two TNT-filled metal frames at the bottom of the grid, a Wooden Frame containing Ross above the right box of TNT, and another Wooden Frame with the Egg above Ross. Fire the TNT, and watch Ross and the Egg fly into the cliff and fall down to collect the Star Box and pass the level. Don't worry when the egg flies off the screen; it'll still get caught on the cliff and fall down.
Skulls[]
A Skull is located on the platform above the starting area. A really simple way to get it involves taking a page from the previous level's book: Put the pig and the egg on the other side of the craft, switch their places, and detonate the TNT immediately upon starting the level; Ross will clip through the ceiling and bounce around a bit before collecting the Skull.
Crates[]
Crates that appear in this level will rest on the the tip of the terrain.
Through normal play, Ross may fly over the crate and miss it. Using the build on the right ensures that he reaches the crate on his way. However, the builder must detonate the TNT just before the intro of the music ends to get the crate.
