Level 3-14 is a level in When Pigs Fly.

The player is given a 5x3 grid, along with the following parts:
- 1x Ross
- 3x Wooden Frame
- 2x Wooden Wheel
- 1x Electric Fan
- 1x Black Soda Bottle
- 1x Balloon
- 1x Double Balloon
- 1x Triple Balloon
- 1x Sandbag
Solution[]
The player is awarded stars for the following conditions:
- Ross reaches the goal.
- The level's Star Box is collected.
- The level is completed without using Black Soda Bottles.
The player should build a simple cart and add an Electric Fan on the left, a Sandbag on the bottom, a Double Balloon over the left frame, and a Triple Balloon over the middle frame. Use the Electric Fan to push the cart to the right, then release the Sandbag once it has room to rise, ensuring the cart does not go too far to the right in order to avoid popping any of the balloons. Once the cart is above the Star Box platform, turn the Electric Fan back on to push the cart to the beginning of the ramp, making sure to pop one of the balloons before the cart reaches the ceiling. Once the cart reaches the beginning of the ramp, turn off the fan and pop the remaining balloons, and the cart will make its way to the goal.
To collect the Star Box, add an extra Balloon on the right frame, and a right-facing Soda Bottle on the side of this frame. Repeat the same steps as before, but try to land on the Star Box platform this time, then use the Soda Bottle to push the cart to the left and towards the goal. Once it clears the gap, you should be able to pop the remaining balloons and roll the rest of the way there.
