Level 1-13 is a level in Ground Hog Day. It introduces TNT, a very explosive part that pushes everything away from itself upon detonation.

The player is given a 2x2 grid, along with the following parts:
Solution[]
Stars are awarded for the following conditions:
- Ross reaches the goal.
- The upper Star Box is collected.
- The lower Star Box is collected.
Placing both boxes of TNT on the ground leaves two spots left for Ross to be placed. Both of these spots allow the player to collect one of the Star Boxes. Placing Ross on the right propels him into the upper hole; and placing him on the left propels him into a cliff, causing him to ricochet into the lower hole.
